Sending flowers from one state to another can lead to disappointing outcomes. At Bent Willow, one is NEVER disappointed. Flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged and delivered ON TIME! I ordered this arrangement a bit later in the day for my wife. I received a call from the florist stating that she was out of red roses. I told her that was alright just use other roses for the arrangement. She said that she would check with her flower distributor if she could get the red roses but it was later in the day and she wasn't sure. I said for her not to worry if she couldn't get them. My wife received this exquisite arrangement and said it was wonderful. She sent me a picture of the arrangement on her desk. And there were the most incredible, beautiful red roses in the arrangement. I can't thank the florist enough for the effort and care she put into this arrangement and the fact that she called me to let me know about the roses impressed me so much. I will always use this florist and certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a beautiful flower arrangement.

This florist was phenomenal. They went above and beyond. They were kind enough to reach out to clarify something on a note . The owner could not have been nicer. She worked with me to make sure the flowers were gorgeous and she and the delivery driver made sure I knew when the delivery was completed. This was the best experience I have had and I will definitely use them in the future!

I did not see the flowers myself, but I was told they were "absolutely gorgeous". I ordered them in the morning and they were delivered in the afternoon.
